Boysen Berry & Red Vinegar
The red vinegar is made from Ayamurasaki, a polyphenol-rich sweet potato variety grown in Miyazaki Prefecture in Japan. Boysen berry is known to be rich in anthocyanin, calcium, iron, folic acid, ellagic acid, among other nutrients.
Acacia Honey & Black Vinegar
Made from husked barley malt, this pure vinegar, free from additives, is fermented and aged over an extended period of time using the traditional standing fermentation method. Aside from its rich flavour, it also contains a generous amount of minerals and amino acids – a benefit from the barley, while the malt offers a deep but mild sweetness unlike any other.
